Kelly Snelling 

Kelly has been a professional face/body painter and henna artist since 1996.  She has recently added balloon twisting and animals, glitter tattoos, braids with beads, hair wraps, feather extensions, hair color, and hair tinsel to her list of services.  She has a BFA from Miami University, Oxford.  Available for parties, special events, and fundraiser of all sizes.
